I've been trying to do this 'one day at a time' thing for close to 500 days now. I'm no longer able to do it. I'm actually no longer able to do much of anything lately. Things can't go on much longer this way, or I should say that I can't handle things being as they are for much longer. What will it be like when I reach that point? It ain't going to be pretty. Of that I'm sure.
