This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Boldomatic website, products, applications and services ("Products").
Nerves GmbH may collect and use certain information about you: First and foremost we collect and store “User Provided Information” such as user name, email address, your profile picture, etc. – Secondly, Boldomatic respectively Nerves GmbH obtains the information you provide when you register the for the service such as information about the device you use and its related performance etc. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Products unless you register with us. Finally, the system automatically stores any content that you generate, “posts” and “activities”, which may be made available on the Boldomatic website or via separate channels also outside Boldomatic Products.
When you register with us and use the Products, you generally provide
(a) your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information;
(b) transaction-related information, such as when you post statements, make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us;
(c) information you provide us when you contact us for help;
(d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Products, and;
(e) information you enter into our system when using the Products, such as contact information and project management information.
Your email address, as well as in-service messaging, will always remain private.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. In addition, the Products may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of device you use, your mobile device installation ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Products. Boldomatic Products do NOT collect precise information about the location of your device, except when explicitly granted through a feature in the Product (such as a location based feed, or location tagging of posts). We do determine the region, country or city you are in or posting from using your public IP address.

We use Google Analytics to capture your usage of Boldomatic Products. See http://support.google.com/analytics/ to understand the full spectrum of information that is being collected and evaluated.
Boldomatic may at one point in time be supported via advertising, and collects data to help the Products serve ads. We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how Products are used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Products which helps us keep the cost of the Products free. These third parties may also obtain information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit and your non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Products and elsewhere.
There are multiple opt-out options for users of the Boldomatic Products:
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the application – You can stop all collection of information by the application easily by uninstalling the application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You may at any time opt-out from any further collected information by deactivating your account.
We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the Products and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete user provided data that you have provided via the Products, please deactivate your account from within the Boldomatic settings. You may also contact us at info@boldomatic.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the user provided data may be required in order for the Products to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.
We do not use the Boldomatic Products to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@boldomatic.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our application.
