So, yeah; telling someone "love yourself, first," who has no frame of reference, and/or distorted/abusive example(s) of what "love" or "loving," is, makes no sense. It's about as logical as throwing them out of a plane, without a parachute, screaming,
"fly first, motherfucker!!"
